About the Job

Do you have a passion for early childhood education? Children’s Christian Center is seeking a dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented Lead Childcare Provider to join our team.

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career in a supportive environment where children learn through play, exploration, and loving guidance.

What You’ll Do:

Provide attentive, loving supervision for young children.
Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning activities.
Prepare easy meals and serve snacks.
Foster children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a positive classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with families and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

A genuine love for young children.
A team player with strong communication skills.
2+ years (or 2,500 hours) of documented childcare experience preferred.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred.
Ability to pass all state and federal background checks.
A recent health assessment and TB test.
