Children’s Christian Center is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Center Director to join our team.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be flexible, dependable, and able to effectively manage a fast-paced, multi-tasked workload while supporting both staff and families.
Pay:
Compensation is based on education and experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Associate Degree required).
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with children required.
- Previous director experience preferred.
- Must pass all state and federal background checks.
- Must complete a health assessment and TB test.
- Knowledge and understanding of DHS regulations required.
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare facility and ensure compliance with DHS regulations.
- Manage employee schedules and time-off requests.
- Maintain daily communication with staff and parents.
- Conduct classroom observations and assist teachers with implementing approved strategies.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new staff members.
- Create and maintain employee files to ensure compliance with DHS and Keystone STARS regulations.
- Manage child files to maintain DHS compliance.
- Provide classroom coverage as needed.
